Refund/Returns Policy

At Nevada Bobs On-Line we want to offer you peace of mind by allowing you to return any item free of charge and picked up from a location convenient to you. Please read below for our terms and the contact e-mail address. Our customer service advisors will ensure that your return is handled as quickly as possible.

Unused Purchases

All unused purchases may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Contact us and we will arrange a free pick up of your goods. Please note that any delivery charges incurred on your original shipment will not be refunded. Please also note that custom made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty Goods.

Please contact us and we will arrange collection of your faulty goods. If your purchase is less than 30 days old we will replace the item with a new one. If your purchase is older than 30 days then we will either arrange replacement or repair if applicable and then ship the item back to you as soon as possible.

All Products are backed by a 12 Month Guarantee.

30 Day Playing Trial Guarantee

We offer a 30 day playing trial on all purchases of clubs over £100. If the item is not suitable then they may be returned for a full credit against another club or set. This is designed to give you a second chance with your purchase and may only be used once.

Clubs may be used but must show normal wear and tear for 30 days use and we reserve the right to reduce the credit given should the clubs show abnormal wear and tear or damage.

30 Day Comfort Guarantee on Shoes

We want you to be comfortable on the golf course. Should you purchase any pair of golf shoes from our site and find they are not comfortable for any reason then they be returned for a full credit on an alternative pair. This guarantee may only be used once.
