Refund / Returns Policy
At Nevada Bobs On-Line we want to offer you peace of mind by allowing you to return any item within 14 days of delivery provided the goods are unused & in its original condition.. We also advise to return the goods with the manufacturers original packaging so we can re-sell as NEW. Please read below for our terms and the contact e-mail address. Unused Purchases
All unused purchases may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Contact us and we will inform you how and where to return your goods to, the cost of postage is at your cost. Please note that any delivery charges incurred on your original shipment will not be refunded. Please also note that custom made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. To guarantee that good reach us in the same condition as they reached you we advise returning in the same packaging as they were delivered in. We will inform you via email once we have received the goods in as new condition with the details of your refund. Please note that we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post and strongly advise that you insure your returned items or send via a method that you can track the parcel.
With the returned items please send copy of your delivery note which shows the order number & state the reason for return.

Faulty Goods.
Please contact us and we will arrange collection of your faulty goods if purchased within 30 days. If your purchase is older than 30 days then you will return the faulty item back to us. Once we receive we will either arrange replacement or repair if applicable and then ship the item back to you as soon as possible.
