Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal cheques, Money Orders, or Pay Pal.

We allow an order to be cancelled before despatch or returned to us unused up to 30 days of you receiving the order if all conditions of our refund/return policy are satisfied. If you need to cancel or return an order, then get in touch with us via email at customer.services@nevadabobs.co.uk

We aim to get your purchase to you in 2-5 working days for UK customers and 3-6 working days for mainland Europe customers. Where there is a delay or non-availability, we will notify you immediately. For UK customers, we offer a premium next working day delivery service.
At Nevada Bobs Online we want to offer you peace of mind by allowing you to return any item free of charge and picked up from a location convenient to you. Please read below for our terms and the contact e-mail address. Our customer service advisors will ensure that your return is handled as quickly as possible.
Unused purchases
All unused purchases may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Contact us and we will arrange free pick up of your goods. Please note that any delivery charges incurred on your original shipment will not be refunded. Please also note that custom made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Faulty goods
Please contact us and we will arrange collection of your faulty goods. If your purchase is less than 30 days old we will replace the item with a new one. If your purchase is older than 30 days then we will either arrange replacement or repair if applicable and then ship the item back to you as soon as possible.
