Wilson Staff Mens TW7 Tour Wedge
£59.99 (inc VAT)
New for 2007, the Wilson Staff Men’s TW7 Tour Wedge continues on from the massive success of the TW5 Wedge. The TW7 is suitable for a wide range of golfers and is used by Padraig Harrington on Tour. It is particularly ideal for all golfers due to the steep, sharp groves which create a massive backspin and provide exceptional control. This sleek, gunmetal finished wedge, made from soft 431 Stainless Steel, comes with a True Temper Dynamic Gold shaft and is available in Right Hand versions of the Gap Wedge (52 degrees), Sand Wedge (56 degrees) and Lob Wedge (60 degrees).
TW7 Deep Groove Design
While a typical wedge has standard groves of 42.5 degrees, Wilson Staff have made the grooves in their TW7 wedge 32.5 degrees, making them 10 degrees steeper. This sharper angle creates a better backspin than previous clubs and helps give amazing control. The sharper groves do tend to cut the golf balls more than standard grooves but you’ll see the results in the cutting of your handicap too!
